We know some of you write blogs – we enjoy reading them.

Adam (with his newly increased fame, after a recent namecheck in the Media Guardian) wrote:
“The problem is that you have to tread very carefully when blogging about your employer. So I’m not going to say a great deal more, but as ever, what I do say represents my personal thoughts and not necessarily those of my employer.”
We want to reassure you all that you can speak your minds about what’s going on. We’re serious when we say we want your input, and you don’t have anything to fear about expressing doubts or concerns. Obviously respect anything confidential we share with you, but otherwise feel free to blog, comment, discuss, suggest etc.
