Tranche, talent, Beta.

That to me sums up what is so wrong with the people running the UK radio industry nowadays!

Focus groups, presentations, branding, the list goes on and on.

Like Marty I do hope that you treat presenters and staff not ‘compatible’ (yuck, another stupid word!) fairly. Radio 2 fiddled with things just like you intend doing, they lost me for most of the day. Oh well there’s some great well programmed internet radio stations out there and they get more and more of my listening hours!
