    I fully agree with Tim Shaw’s views on this issue. I know it’s a few days old now but it has been blown out of proportion, especially with the Daily Mail’s holier than thou attitude with front page headlines about the story.

    As far as I’m concerned, Andrew Sachs accepted the apologies from Brand and Ross and that’s enough for me. The matter should be closed and no one should have had to resign or be suspended.

    I think John Cleese is responsible for Andrew Sachs’ problems. He treated Manuel so poorly in Fawlty Towers 30 yrs ago that the public perceives Andrew/Manuel as a punching bag.

    I would have John Cleese tarred and feathered.

    I love the new sound the station sounds great but Allan Lake with his weak phone in topics are dull dull bring back Nick Abbot at least he wont take the mick out of your jingles guys which I’m getting used to now

    Keep up the good work, ban the lake
