On Friday, broadcasting regulator Ofcom gave GWR FM (Bristol and Bath) a yellow card warning for not operating within its format. Global Radio is reported to be disputing Ofcom’s findings.
Global Radio is in the process of changing many of its local stations into the Heart brand. It started earlier this year with its stations in the east of England, and next Monday is the turn of its station in the west and southwest.
