I'm confused. While I recognize I'm not your average listener or even a normal listener (by a long shot). If I'm listening to Christian on BBC 5, then I'm not listening to Jo on Absolute.

In US radio, once someone is a DJ on a station, they rarely show up as a DJ on another station. They are exclusive to that station.

I'm unclear how this benefits Absolute Radio. Is the thought that the listeners who migrate from Jo to Christian on Sunday will be offset by the listeners from BBC 5 who migrate to Christian's breakfast programme.

Thanks for any clarification.
