It’s been a great few weeks here at Absolute Radio. As we approach our first birthday we’ve had a Beatles bonanza, an Elbow extravaganza and of course on Sunday, we’re closing off Regent Street for the party of the year, with Madness taking centre stage.

But it doesn’t stop there – the announcements just keep on coming. This November sees David Tennant co-host the Absolute Radio Breakfast show with Christian O’Connell in the build up to his last outing as the Time Lord. Firm friends with a long history of interviews and broadcasts together, David will share the airwaves with Christian for a number of shows in the autumn.

Avoiding playing “Doctorin’ The Tardis” by The Timelords or any other late 80’s Dr Who theme tune remixes will be tough but then it’s not every day that an alien time traveller and one of the nation’s best loved stars joins us for breakfast.
