The OC Clock Radio
Listeners all over the country are now able to wake up to their favourite Absolute Radio presenter wherever they are, with a new free clock radio alarm application for the Apple iPhone.
You can choose from your favourite Absolute Radio DJs Christian O’Connell, Frank Skinner or Dave Gorman to personally wake you up with custom greetings.
And once Christian, Frank or Dave has roused you from your sleep, the application will then stream your choice of station – Absolute Radio, Absolute Classic Rock or Absolute 80s to make sure you get out of bed on the right side and with a smile on your face.
All three applications are free to download.

The applications feature
- A bold and clear clock designed to be readable in low light
- Your choice of presenters – choose from The OC’s Clock (Christian O’Connell), Frank’s Clock (Frank Skinner), or Dave’s Clock (Dave Gorman)
- Bespoke audio recorded by each presenter, or more generic alarm sounds if you prefer
- The ability to stream the Absolute Radio station of your choice
- Contact the DJ in the Absolute Radio Studio with a quick and easy form
- Snooze or turn off the alarm by either tapping the screen, or by shaking the phone
- Ability to download new custom alarm sounds and presenter clips
