New Senior Management Team

Since the launch of the Absolute Radio brand fifteen months ago we have been constantly evolving as an organisation.

As we continue on our journey to transform the business into a digital, music and entertainment brand with audio at its core, we are also evolving our structure to help us to effectively deliver our business ambitions.

We have created a new senior management team which reports directly to me – they will have influence and decision making responsibilities across content and interactive, marketing, communications, development and technology.

The team that will hold these responsibilities are; Tony Moorey, Clare Baker, Cat Macdonald and Paul Brown. These team members have grown with the company and have evolved their talents to fulfil our changing business objectives.

Tony Moorey becomes Content Director, responsible for all on air and online content with the existing music, production and programme teams reporting into him. Tony will also over-see a new department focused on Interactive Content.

Clare Baker becomes Marketing Director, responsible for all marketing including digital marketing, events and audience research.

Cat Macdonald becomes Communications Director, responsible for all PR and Communications – press, stakeholder and internal. Cat will also take on wider brand responsibilities alongside Clare, Tony and myself in responsibility for overall brand marketing and content.

Paul Brown becomes Technical Director, responsible for our technology and digital development. He will oversee a new department called Interactive Research and Development alongside the existing Technology Department.

Please join me in congratulating everyone involved.

Clive

Clive, I am exceedingly grateful for the opportunity to be a listener and to partake in all the content that is made available.

My best wishes go out to you and your team for continued success.
