HTML5 : Streaming Multimedia Without Flash by Duncan Amey

Recently there has been a lot of debate about Apple’s refusal to include Adobe Flash on their iPhone and iPad platforms. As a result of Apple’s decision, owners of some Apple products have found that the media-rich web is not as rich as it once was. Here at Absolute Radio, we try to deliver our digital media to as many people as possible in as many ways as feasible. Usually this means adapting and finding new ways to use emerging technologies.

So with this in mind and with the official UK launch of the Apple iPad approaching, OGS Labs is delighted to announce that all of our exclusive session videos, interviews, podcasts and radio streams are now available using HTML5 for your iPhone, iPod Touch and even your new shiny iPad. No plug-ins or apps to install. Just browse the Absolute Radio site and enjoy!
