Robert Plant – Angel Dance (6th Spetember)
Robert Plant returns with his first album since 2007’s six time Grammy Award winning “Raising Sand.” This single, taken from his new album titled “Band of Joy” was recorded Nashville and reflects Planty’s love of ”roots rock.” Rather like Absolute Radio, he too has a vested interest in the Premier League this season as his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers (he is vice president of the club) return to top tier of English football.
KT Tunstall – (Still A) Weirdo (20th September)
The First single to be taken from KT’s new album Tiger Suit, the follow up to 2007’s Drastic Fantastic. Tiger Suit is released on the 27th of September. The album was recorded at Berlin’s Hansa Studio where David Bowie recorded “Heroes” and U2, “Achtung Baby.”
I Am Kloot – Proof (6th September)
I Am Kloot follow up Northern Skies with this, the next single titled Proof. Taken from their Mercury nominated album Sky at Night, I Am Kloot, from Manchester, have finally arrived after a decade of unrecognised genius. The album has been produced by Guy Garvey and Craig Potter of Elbow.
Linkin Park – The Catalyst (6th September)
Linkin Park release new single ‘The Catalyst’ on 6th September. It’s the first track to be taken from their 4th Studio album, ‘A Thousand Suns’ which is released on the 13th of September. The band have sold a staggering 50 million albums to date, and they return to the UK for arena shows in November 2010 – including Manchester (Nov 4th), Birmingham (Non 9th) and two shows at London ‘s O2 Arena (Nov 10th and 11th).
