It’s a proud day for the Absolute Radio family.

For the past few days the great and the good of the radio industry have been gathering at Media City in Salford for the annual Radio Academy Radio Festival and last night it was the Hall of Fame Dinner.

Our very own Clive Dickens was honoured on the night as he was awarded the prestigious Radio Academy Fellowship.

The fellowship is the highest honour The Radio Academy may confer upon a member of our industry; they are awarded to recognise individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the industry and the Academy.

Congratulations Clive from all of your colleagues here at Absolute Radio.

We should also give a warm congratulations to Global Radio CEO Ashley Tabor and Tonic Media’s Managing Director Gloria Abramoff who were  also awarded the Radio Academy Fellowship.
