Bon Jovi launch new ten-day festival in Hyde Park

Bon Jovi have today been revealed as the first act to be confirmed for a brand new ten day festival in Hyde Park – Barclaycard British Summer Time – which will include 6 concerts across two weekends from June 28th to July 7th.

At a press conference in central London this morning, hosted by Absolute Radio presenter Russ Williams, John Bon Jovi said that Hyde Park has been a “dream venue” for him – and told Russ that the band will “push it as hard and as far as we can” at their headline date on July 5th.

As well as the music at this summer’s new event in Hyde Park, there will also be four themed areas for visitors which will feature, “specially designed installations and entertainment, high quality restaurants, bespoke salons, pubs, cocktail bars, cafes, bistros and independent food stalls.”
